Extremely disappointing. Paid for inside to be valeted, but they didn't even bother wiping the dashboard, cupholders, or entire back of car.. went back to mention this, said they'd take another look.. another 5 hours later and still the dashboard hasn't been touched and dust remains all over back seats and boot cover..ended up cleaning it myself.

Massive shout out to Globe Hire Car. We were due to travel to Carlisle this weekend when we found out we had a problem with our car. Globe were amazing! Provided us with a lovely, comfortable hire car at a reasonable cost, with no hidden extras all at very short notice. They were absolutely fab and at the end of the phone if we needed anything. Can’t recommend them highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
