I brought my car here as it had a dent in the roof with cracked paint. I met Richard who gave me a quote and advised the car will be done overnight and ready for collection the next day. I have had paint jobs done before and I must say, the quality of work at this place is amazing, you cannot tell that it has been for a paint job.i cannot reccomemd these guys enough and I Will definately be using this garage in future Service: Body & Trim

I've been to GMVS on a few occasions, never once had a problem. Richard has always been friendly and super helpful - a genuinely great chap. This time my car was in and out in 2 days, the car looked like it had never been hit. Top quality repairs for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be taking my car back to them for future work. Warning, do not use this company. Read all the 1 star comments as the same bad experience (with the exception of the timing) happened to me. I wish I had read the reviews before I literally got ripped off for as much as they could squeeze, even after the price was agreed. The worst body work I've seen, the paint colour doesn't match and the reinstallation is completely off and is a complete mess. Disgusted and cheated to say the least. Service: Body & Trim

Took my 14 Yr old volvo S80 in to have scratches & two small dents removed from the rear doors/wings caused by the previous owner. Collected it 3 days later & it looks in absolutely mint condition, matching 14 Yr old paint can't be easy but the respray looks like perfection. I've read the previous reviews slating their work but honestly found them faultless. Definitely would use them again & again. 10/10 for quality & workmanship!!! Ruined my car you have been warned. I made the mistake of ignoring the reviews online and went of a friends recommendation. And what a mistake I made. Very poor job done on the car job took 3 weeks extra that that was agreed.

A 1 week job which took them 6 months to complete!! Don't be fooled by the performance cars parked outside this place as I was. Initially gave my car in with a fixed quoted price and was told it would be completed within a week of it being dropped off for the date it was booked in for. This was NOT the case, week after week I was continuously lied to being told it would be completed by the end of this week or by the end of this day. Richard is an utter liar, he will repeatedly tell you what you want to hear so that you leave and come back another day only for you to be in the exact same position another day. 6 months this was dragged on for. A long the way they will also increase the price making out it is a bigger job so beware of this tactic. During this 6 months the car had parts painted for the job which were then DAMAGED ( Bumper and Door) whilst being in the workshop by the staff. You only have to speak to the staff to see how much they do not want to be here and couldn't care less about your car. Eventually when I did get my car back it had multiple warning lights including the engine light on which was not there when originally given to them. The tensioner belts also developed a horrible noise when starting the car during this period of them having the car. I do not recommend this place whatsoever and I hope this review helps others not make the same mistake I did. I wish I had seen the other negative reviews on here before I gave them my car and fell victim to their poor workmanship.
