- 0 star if possible, I haven’t got any idea that Global Vans are scam business. I have ordered a van and I have been given an estimate date of delivery 19/04. Passed 19th I have started getting in touch with a “dream team” of Ross, Chelsea and Tillie that have started extended my delivery day. On the 16/05 I have got an email that the van is due for delivery on the 22nd and I have also been reminded to insure the vehicle to avoid delays. After I have spent money on insurance as well the van hasn’t arrived even next day. After thousands of calls no one couldn’t give me a certainty. On the 23/05 I have check the registration number of “my van” and it seems that it has been already taxed and issued of V5 on the 22/05. So I might be a foreigner but know my rights, if is a human error is humble to be admitted. Therefore I think they are just scammers. Now I’m paying insurance on the van that is obviously not mine…

Orderd a transit custom. Was delivered without roof racks (as requested!!) Going into the 2nd week without any date of having them fitted. Just a lot of emails saying the roof racks will be sorted!! Not good enough!! Not having roof racks is costing me time and money!!! Aftersales from this company is a appalling!! Requested a callback on the 20th May 2023 and no call back!! So I am now thinking they are ignoring me!!!
