Dora who supposedly is the director of the company was very rude on the phone. We were only calling to ask when we should expect works to start at our property but she had a very bad attitude and told us straight up that we should go else where and that she does not care that she has lost our work. We asked to speak to Kevin so we could lodge a complaint but she was very unprofessional. Not coming back here again for sure. In response to Kevin’s response: Dora was NOT polite. We never referred to her as the ‘receptionist’ so kindly do not just say things for the sake of it. We asked why we weren’t getting replies to emails and she went on one saying you’re too busy with a very bad tone. At least have the courtesy to reply back to emails like you did to this review.
