5 star service from this company from start to finish. Just had our garage roof repaired as been leaking for a while. Mark came out gave us a quote which we were happy with. Stuart came to do the work on Friday started at 8-30 and worked really hard all day. All lead taken off and replaced then sealed. Ridge tile replaced. We’re really pleased with the results. We have used Mark before to have our guttering and soffits replaced by Darrell and they have come back when we had a constant dripping from part of the gutter and sorted it out. Selling our house was interrupted due to having spray foam insulation in the loft and our purchasers unable to obtain a mortgage due to a blanket ban imposed by building societies in obtaining a mortgage for properties with this type of insulation. Global Roof Care was contacted and after an inspection, Mark gave a fair price for foam removal and complete re-roofing. Due to our predicament Mark rearranged his work schedule and gave us priority, commencing work within two weeks inclusive of scaffold erection. All work was completed in just over four days which was brilliant. We cannot thank Mark enough for his understanding of our urgency and diligence towards the job in hand. Mark & his team were amazing & so quick at responding to our needs. We'd moved in to our new (old) house some 5 months ago & were woken at 2am with drips of water coming through our bedroom ceiling. The strange thing was, it rained all night but the wind must've changed direction as after 30 mins or so the drips stopped. Any how, we phoned Mark around 8.30am & he was out that afternoon to check things over. As highlighted on our survey, a new roof was indeed in order. Mark quoted us a price, which were very happy with, we paid a deposit & work was scheduled in for a week later. Scaffolding was erected & work commenced. Mark & his team completed the work in just over 4 days which was fantastic. Every day they were prompt to start work at 8am & they had a thorough clean round each afternoon before leaving the job. Mark & his team were with us for 4 & a bit days. Very efficient, friendly, clean & tidy. Mark commented that we'd had a very good price for our job as he was fortunate to have stock of tiles. Prices of raw materials r increasing quickly & I know a lot of trades people r struggling to maintain prices quoted. Mark sent us an invoice & his guarantee a few days after completion which we paid almost straight away. Our roof has been well & truly christened now, we r safe, snug & dry now for the foreseeable. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Great service from start to finish. Mark came round and provide a quote for the work required. I was informed of start date and the guys turned up on time on the date. They installed new facias, soffits and gutters. I asked for a quote to replace new front facias with textured cladding. Good price and no pressure sales. I also had all the tiles and the ridge cement replaced. Once again good price and no pressure to have work done. Darren, Stuart and John were well mannered and would always answer your questions and talk through the work being carried out. Final payment was only paid once all works were completed. Thanks again to the guys at Global for a fantastic job. Has been well admired and commented on by the neighbours.
