When I first had my appointment I felt confident in Judith and was happy with her sevice. However, a year later, failing to find confirmation of which vaccinations I had recieved, I contacted her requesting my records. She failed to get back to me, I asked several times and recieved different excuses when she bothered to pick up or reply. I still haven't recieved my records and now will have to travel without full confidence of what vacinations I have recieved. Given the price and the importance of the service, I would expect a lot more. Very dissapointed.
