I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was a joke. By far, this has been the worst experience I've had with a company. We tried to work with them for 5 months, but communication was terrible. They would take days to respond to emails, and even then, they wouldn't answer our questions. The phone was useless, as they only directed us back to email. Another major issue was their invoices - they were unclear and unfair. We almost had legal problems because they charged us 30 times what was originally quoted for deliveries. When we brought this up, their response was simply that we had to pay because it was in the contract. On top of this, they charged an hourly rate for no reason, and at extremely high levels. For example, they charged us 1 hour and 45 minutes for checking in a few small boxes. Their prices are also high, which we knew, but who will think that it would take 2 hours to check-in 5 small boxes? Also, we asked specifically how was the process of check-in and what were the requirements, as we had 7 pallets arriving, to which we had no answers and ended-up paying so much for their failure to provide information regarding pallets and the process. Anyways, for every invoice they gave us there were some surprises. We had also planned to use lithium batteries for our business, for which we paid extra. However, it turned out that they weren't even able to handle these deliveries, which was ridiculous, as all of this was asked in advance. To make things worse, they used UPS as their courier service, which provided a horrific service and made our business look bad in our clients' eyes. Dealing with this company for 5 months was a source of stress and a waste of money. Some of their staff were also rude and unprofessional, except for Wayne, who sincerely tried to help us. Do yourself a favour and go for a better company. Their prices are high and the service is not worth it.

It is with regret that I have to leave this review. We moved two of our businesses across to GEE for 3PL / warehousing services. Whilst we were aware they were significantly more expensive than our previous provider, we were assured by the sales agent at the time that the service offered was representative of such high fees. As the business owner, I only tend to get involved when we experience challenges and unfortunately this has been on a bi-weekly basis. To compound frustrations, out of approximately 20 invoices we have significantly been over charged on 18. I appreciate that mistakes occasionally occur but a 90% mistake rate is clearly unacceptable. I tried to lodge a formal complaint with Jack Clitheroe within the accounts team and have received no further correspondence since. My aim of writing this review is to hopefully make senior management aware of the significant flaws within their business and the concerns I'm sure many other customers are facing. I'd of course welcome the opportunity to discuss further the numerous failures we have experienced over the course of the last 6 months. Regards Ben Packard
