    A male (cowboy) took my call today, does not know what hes doing except for taking a salary at the end of the month. I think he got his job via his aunt. Axxs hole. Beware of this shlt of a company! operated by kids who do not anything except for repeating the same sentence on the phone.

    For the LHR team, I was missing my bag for a total of 76 days and had given up all hope after it had got lost after a Lufthansa flight. The airline helpline promised a lot and failed to deliver, but after some digging and returning to LHR, I lucked upon Brian (and his daughter Megan) who went the extra mile in finding my now tagless suitcase sat in a warehouse which otherwise felt lost for good. It helped having an AirTag to roughly locate it and a crazy multicolour suitcase also helped it stand out, but without Brian’s assistance I’d now be battling for an insurance payout so a big thanks and your efforts are appreciated.

    Someone took my suitcase at Manchester airport and left theirs and I reported it to Global baggage reception staff who were very helpful and contacted the person straight away who took my luggage. They also arranged a courier delivery after 2 days at my address once it was returned back at the airport.

    Ridiculous customer service. They lack the decency to respond to phone calls via baggage inquiries line in the airport. Put you on hold without saying anything for 5+ minutes. They say one thing, change it again, change it again. Just assume they are lying to you on the go and act accordingly.

    Terrible service (Heathrow airport). I had forgotten my baby's pushchair on the TAP's tray and just realized after leaving the luggage collection area (and going back isn't permitted). The airport suggested phoning them using and internal phone - tried more than 10 times in different times and no one picked up. There were 2 other people with similar issues near me and they had reported the same - no one picking up the phone. The only way I managed to solve my issue was by speaking to a random airport staff that works near the immigration officers - and she was keen to help even though it had nothing to do with her business. What a life saver!

    The driver who just delivered our bag in Bradford was rude!!Rang me that he will be there in 8 mins, Im not even at home bec I’m at work, so I had to ask a favor to somebody, rang me again sounding impatient, and because of the snow asking to drop and meet the bag at a bus stop! Ofcourse you have to wait!! the collector has to walk to the main road!!! The road to our place was clear by the way!!! Lazy!!!! He delivered some of our bags weeks ago and he was unhelpful!!! To the delivery driver, if you don’t like what you are doing, quit the job!!!! We are not asking you favors for delivering our bag safely to home!! It is your job!!! you are being paid to do it!!!!

    It's actually a great surprise, much appreciated to be writing this review for the Heathrow team. My luggage was lost between Aberdeen and Lilongwe, filed all the reports etc etc computer said it was missing in the system. (Turns out it lost the tag). Went to speak to someone at GBS at LHR who not only found the bag, but called to check on the address and validate it was mine and getting it in the post, all with excellent humour and efficiency. For future passengers to help you and the GBS team... 1- take a pic of your bag! 2- remember what's inside! 3- file the missing luggage report with your airline 4- chill and be nice!
