Stay as far as possible from this place, don't believe in anything what they say, in the advert sale or once when you will get there. They take big advantage on people trust, I have done that and now I'm paying price for. Bought the car from them which supposed to be in super condition, they assure me that everything is ok with, well turn up completely opposite. Sold me car which wasn't as described, within 3 week of use, and have done around 250miles in it, and so many fault occur that I end up parking the car and stop using it because it was to dangerous to drive. On one occasion headlights switched off along with wipers and radio, suspension give up, when they told me that the car was on number test drives and went thru their workshop, and there is no issues with it and I won't be disappointed... Ending up, by contacting solicitor and the case might gonna go to court as they don't want cooperate, what a waste of time, money on insurance road tax and some of the parts... Reply to seller: I haven't done any mistake, I have left feedback for correct business, and I won't be removing anything, even on the day when I supposed to collect the car, there was old couple before me, the tyres on side on that car wasn't inflated properly, I didnt say anything, I just thought to my self, is that the way they looking after the customers??.....

Did my research and hoped that I'd found the perfect dealer for purchasing my C Class Mercedes. Unfortunately, now faced with a massive bill because the turbo has developed a fault (less than 4 months into ownership) , and my local specialist cannot service it due to the car having an expensive Brabus tuning box fitted which as NOT in the sale description when I purchased the car. Also even an official Mercedes dealer cannot repair the fault as they are not Brabus trained. All in all a bit of a nightmare , and very frustrating. WhatsApped the company to see if they could assist with the cost of the repair, but not forthcoming They sold me an expensive 15 month warranty that I cannot use until I have the brabus box ripped out and the ECU put back to standard. Would recommend you look elsewhere for your purchase as I have been let down badly 😢
