Don’t be fooled by all the previous 5 star reviews. Booked a Sunday clean - called last minute to say that the cleaner couldn’t come as she was running late. They changed it to the following Monday morning. Waited for 30 mins - called them and they accused me of lying and that the booking wasn’t officially confirmed (despite us receiving a confirmation email) and that the cleaner couldn’t come again. Tried again on Tuesday - no cleaner showed up again. Again I had to contact them and they spent 45 minutes ‘trying to get a hold of her’ before I was told no one was coming. Totally unprofessional and no respect for people’s time. Avoid at all costs. I never leave reviews but never had such a bad experience with any company. Service: Standard cleaning
