poor customer services attempt to say that i owe them money but won't take my money when i try to pay and then threaten legal action against me and threaten to send baylifts unless i call them and talk to them but when i attempt to do so they can't answer the phone or hang up on me what a pathetic excuse for a utlities company

If I could rate this 0 stars, trust I would because this is the worst WiFi service ever. It usually caters to students in student halls and some apartments but oh, my. This is THE worst internet service, do not even think about joining and if you find out you have glide in your accommodation, I suggest you look for a new place to live. I work from home and I have issues with this WiFi daily, even when I’m not working and I’m watching tv or doing some assignments for university, it’s actually the worst. I can’t tell you how many times I have called this company to fix up lol.

We had serious issues with Glide over our Gas supplier, if anyone is considering this option as a solution to bill management use with caution: make sure you know exactly who your providers are, we spent nearly 3 years asking Glide who our Gas supplier was who didn’t know or gave us providers that weren’t supplying our property.

Absolutely do not go with glide !!!! I’m not one to ever leave reviews but glide is that bad I feel like I have to warn other students. Me and my house mates were with glide last year, everything seemed fine until we switched this year to a new company, glide then told all my housemates we owed £500 each for accrued expenses even though we sent the correct meter readings and consciously used low amounts of water and energy. After calling customer service the amount was lowered to £359 each which still seemed like too much, after calling again I was told that the £359 was incorrect yet they still charged my account, they refunded me only to charge my account again even though the charge is still being disputed. Very unorganised and very inconsiderate, being a student is hard enough already when it comes to money let alone when you have a company wrongfully taking large amounts of money out of your account.
