    The worst company to deal with when the issue occurs. We are a business and our internet was down since the weekend, they managed to send an engineer out only by Tuesday morning. The engineer has not fixed the issue and didn't really seem that he knew how. He has got the connection back, however, it is extremely slow and we are paying for a FIBRE. The engineer just wanted out of the door and wasn't really interested in getting it resolved fully. Going to have to waste more time to TRY and get this resolved. Stay away.

    Logged an enquiry in January and still waiting for a response as the phone system has stopped operating as normal, have called numerous times to chase for an answer but seems nobody ever responds, they were excellent when they were Warwick Net but seems they are going down the same route as BT since being acquired by Glide! If you are reading this Glide and want to take action, the ticket reference is INC0302796

    Terrible company for after sales and support. In fact they cause problems. Having purchased an unmanaged business internet line from this company. They without for-warning or agreement logged on to our router and made changes to it. The internet went down as a result, having contacted them they stated they made no changes and it was all down to us. Several support calls later we discovered changes to the unmanaged router. We brought this up with them to which they finally admitted making detrimental changes to the router causing loss of connectivity. Did not even get an apology and the when we requested an engineer come out to fix this, they refuse. They have finally taken the route of not even replying to emails. Go elsewhere, anywhere but Glide!
