We have just had new fitted wardrobes from Glide & Slide and to say that we are impressed would be an understatement. The quality and value of the units are fantastic and we are already contemplating using them again for our next bedroom refurb. From start to finish it has been a pleasure dealing with the whole G&S team and the fitters on the day - Dan and Charlie - were extremely friendly, polite and very professional and were a great advert for the company. Heard good things about Glide and Slide. Even though they were more expensive we went with them over bigger names due to the recommendations. Honestly feel so let down. Firstly designer didn't listen to what we asked for. On the day of fitting we questioned what was being built to be told it was our fault the design was wrong. We then had to pay more for this to be rectified as it was once again our fault. Doors were damaged and never replaced even though we were told they were ordered. They still haven't been replaced. Doors keep falling off. They have been out twice to repair and on the second time we were told that it was our fault and that we are opening the doors to wide.... they can only be opened so far due to another door being next to them. Over all customer service is poor and always make you feel like you are in the wrong. If we could afford to we would have them ripped our and another company re do them.
