Unfortunately, they persuade you to spend loads of times filling in forms and sending them lots of personal information (bank statements, contracts, payslips, ID, references), just to apply for the house, including credit checks, and it is more of a game of speed than if you qualify for the property. Because my landlord wasn't quick enough (one day) I didn't get the flat. They tell you that they'll then get you into view other properties that are "just for you" because you are "pre-approved" but they just ghosted me.

I rarely do reviews but I am doing this because I think someone out there needs to know that there are still good property companies like Glenwood Property Services. I used the services of this company recently and I would say their professionalism and empathy towards their client is extraordinary. Right from the viewing stage, to the referencing, to hand over stage, the company was simply amazing. I can say this because I tried over 10 property companies in the course of looking for a home for my family and my situation was not addressed in the professional manner it required. Glenwood on the other hand treated me well and had a listening ear for my requirements. The company ultimately met my requirement (and within my budget). I will recommend Glenwood based on my experience. The company surely has a head for business, but beyond that, it has a heart for its clients. Israr from the company should be a model for how letting agents treat their clients. I look forward to working with them again.
