My charger wasn’t slotting in to my iPhone and I thought I needed the port changing. I popped in to Glentech and was greeted by two friendly, young chaps. They had a quick look at my phone and immediately saw an obstruction which they removed in seconds. All fixed and no charge! Thank you so much. General feedback on prices: Wanted to extract data from SSD of dead laptop. Staff friendly but quoted price of £50. Device on Amazon to do this job instead cost me £20. 5 minutes labour. With lower prices that £20 would have been yours for 5 minutes work! REPLY: Thanks for your response. I appreciate you are running a business, which is why I suggested that even £20 for 5 minutes labour might be worth your time. £20/5minutes is £240/hour.
