Beacon Medical: Keeping A&E busy! Unless your a quick easy fix that they can get them paid well for, don't waste your time with the Beacon Medical Group. Will not read your econsults properly, thinking a tablet that makes you drowsy (as a side effect) will stop you waking up several times a night! Will not even see my young daughter despite multiple emails and 2 formal complaints! -AVOID- if you actually want your concerns taken seriously

My wife and I attended for Covid19 vaccination this afternoon (8 Feb). Asked some covid questions at entrance then booked in. Went straight into GPs room together and all done and out in less than 3 minutes. Excellent organisation by the staff.

I’d like to thank all the staff for helping me, especially when I’ve been”struggling” The receptionists have a very challenging job, as do the doctors and nurses..being a very busy practice. I had to go to the surgery on Saturday 15 June 2019 and saw Jilly ( I can’t remember her double barrelled surname) mind you, I can’t remember my own name sometimes! Jilly listened and was very thorough. I came away feeling a bit more positive regarding managing my condition .Thank you everyone..
