    Purchased Marco polo gazebo last summer, all good for 4 months. Packed and stored over winter and then put up again for this season. Ripped canopy within a week, no high winds to blame! Have been trying for 3 months to get replacement, no response from Glendale and retailer, Haskins Garden Centres keep saying they are not in stock. Note to Haskins..change your supplier as talking to many staff you have a long list of customers waiting for Glendale replacement canopies, all due to poor quality. These are expensive products when life span is only several months. Hugely disappointed.

    I have been keeping a wrongly delivered gazebo safe and dry for 20 days. Not once have I been contacted by Glendale Garden and Leisure to either thank me ,or apologise. I have just been visited the 4th time by a courier to pick it up, but wasn't even asked if I would be in. Totally disgusted with their customer service. Their website doesn't offer any way of contacting them, so be aware of this, if you were to purchase from them. All a bit dodgy, as far as I'm concerned. Buyer Beware.

    I purchased a Gazebo two years ago it has been fantastic and well used, one of the roof bars was damaged in a storm this year. I contacted the company they identified which part I needed replaced, it was sent by courier and arrived the next day free of charge. One very happy customer.

    All Weather Gazebo all Season GREY 3X3M Polycarbonate with CURTAINS & FLY NETS - Bought this for outdoor socialising during Covid and the staff at Glendale couldn't be more helpful. They supplied the gazebo super fast, and when a part was packaged wrong, they sent a replacement within 1 day. Brilliant quality gazebo with clear instructions and staff were very helpful when questions needed answering. Supplied with 2 sets of curtains, with both sets zipping up to form a seal (net curtains for insects and canvas for wind resistance) whatever the weather.
