I can’t speak highly enough about Glenavon. Everything that we have received from day one has been a positive experience. We met Sharon at the beginning of the year and things were put in to place so efficiently, with great care and consideration. My father has been cared for by Shuish who we are all very fond of and my father enjoy’s her company very much. Idris and the team are always on hand to tweak the rota. I have used this service for the last 2 years and am extremely happy with the way I have been treated by all staff who have cared for me. I have COPD and am disabled. I receive the same carers who know my routine inside and out, anyone new seems to be well trained and know what they are doing. The office is responsive whenever I need extra support and there is always a support network for me 7 days a week. Carers are always respectful to my wife and I and I trust them completely. I would not use any other care company.

Glenavon have been caring for Dad for the last 6 months. Dad has Parkinson's and it is important that the care he receives is punctual from carers who know what they are doing. I get the same carers most days and am really happy with the service. The office is also a decent team and are good communicators should they need to speak with us. Overall we are very pleased.
