been trying for a number of weeks to have a fire fixed that has never worked , last week was promised an appt and an email to have this fixed not a work back i have tried to contact them again to arrange an engineer told i would get a call back nothing . we have had two appointments where no one turned up spending two full days off work and for a no show. sitting with over £800 worth of a fire thats not working and never has . really dont know what to do now .

Avoid & avoid using this people and call centre person Molly is totally useless who not logging my complaint yet after 5 weeks and doesn't even care about complaint means. I am stuck with bruco hot water dispenser and can't find any help here including warranty. Shame on this company and companies who gave them jobs for dealership. Again very bad service mines zerooooool

Avoid to buy product from Burco because here GDHV team doesn’t want to help you even under warranty terms. Waited 6 weeks to repair and useless engineer comes without tools & spares and sometimes doesn’t find parking to park. Even sometimes engineers are not find address in Google map or Royal Mail postcode finder and blame Google map to find it or their corrections. Wooowwwww what a joke here.

Shitplex Mont Blanc fan - will not provide diagrams of internals so I can reconnect a damaged cable - rude customer service and apparently £60 fans are irreparable / consumable items 0/10. They have a document online admitting they have had an issue with this wire and have had fans sent back for testing but still no diagrams???? Shitplex - fan was 4/10 when it did work

Disappointed with poor service from Dimplex France: Mr Fischer from Dimplex France does not bother to answer, nor by telephone (his secretary blocks), or by email. Surprised by the behavior of the after-sales service of Dimplex France: Mr Lang of the Dimplex France after-sales service thinks that from a temperature recorded at a t time, we can assume an average annual temperature of the Rhine water table! To summarize the situation: 2012: installation of my PAC WI14TU and validation of the installation by a company approved by Dimplex ! 2019: replacement of my exchanger. 2022: the exchanger must be replaced again. 12/2022: the water analyzes of the water table on the right of my collection well do not reveal anything inconsistent. (while Mr. Lang demanded water analyzes from me... I tell myself that Dimplex France should not often ask for water analyzes in Alsace, both with professionals and end customers, whether during an installation or an after-sales service, Mr Lang also indicates in his email of 11/21: "In the 67/68 FR, I do not know of any company capable of analyzing the water from the well". I therefore commissioned these analyzes myself, which indicate: "the groundwater at the right of the well, at the time of sampling, is within the ranges that are commonly observed in the Rhine aquifer sector". February 2023: Dimplex refuses the repair of my heat pump (which I am ready to pay!!!) CHARACTERIZED REFUSAL OF SALE !!! DIMPLEX REFUSES TO SELL A SPARE PART!!! Dimplex sold a WI14TU water-water heat pump to an installer in Bas-Rhin France knowing that the average groundwater temperature is higher than 13°C and WITHOUT requiring ad hoc water analyzes!!!??? While the installation has been checked, commissioned and validated! I leave it to you to draw the relevant conclusions. I will NEVER give up, I'm ready for anything, Dimplex FR, change my heater pump !!! I'm not kidding anymore!!!

This company is shocking and should be avoided at all costs. Will be taking my case further with trading standards. They supplied a wall hung panel heater 18 months ago which is now faulty but they have discontinued this product now so replaced it with a floor standing unit which is obviously not fit for purpose. Refusing to supply me with a wall hung unit now and will not budge. Avoid these people and go with better mmanufacturers for peace of mind.

Impossible to get hold of on telephone requested ring back when I did eventually through but eight days later still heard nothing. Wish I had never bought dimplex fire at great expense.
