Not happy with the opening hours on fridays it says that the library is open til 7 o'clock and I walked down with my children to find it closed at 5 o'clock same goes for tipton library open til 6 o'clock and closed when got there at half 5. My daughter needed a book to do her homework and now she can't do it when it's due in school on monday
