Absolutely disgusting service,they think it’s completely acceptable to leave a patient with epilepsy who has had to come off her primary medication due to health complications with absolutely nothing to try and control her seizures despite having clear instructions from a neurologist,this negligence has resulted in her having some really nasty fits, one of which involved her needing stitches to a head wound and another leaving her with a 10 inch scar on her back, not that the doctor would know because nobody will even see her,reception staff are friendly and helpful but other than that I have nothing good to say!.

Absolutely appalling service. I’m surprised something detrimental has not been reported, and this surgery has not closed down as of yet. How is this surgery STILL not seeing patients face to face?? The “doctors” are misdiagnosing over and over again because they are NOT seeing the patients face to face. My father had a severe ear infection that has led to a skin infection because this surgery would not see him face to face they kept prescribing “lotions and creams” over the phone, he called them three times because the condition was worsening. He required examination and antibiotics. PLEASE AVOID THIS SURGERY your health and well-being depends on it

Consider all Dr up and down the region are supposed to be open 6/7 days a week which I know as I work in health care so dont dare lie and yet still can not get an appointment face to face it seem all you get is a phone appointment utter disgusting I've seen people comment about appointment and your right 3 yes ago I last seen the doctor face to face 6 weeks ago I had a phone appointment

It's been 3 years since I last seen the doctor face to face they always say they are full booked but when dropping off something for the doctor to sign they are completely empty you phone for a appointment to speak to doctor on phone you have to wait at least a week to speak to a Dr THIS PRACTICE NEEDS REPORTING FOR NEGLECT OF IT PATIENTS
