Placed an order on the 8th of May with these cowboys, should have left plenty of time to receive the items in time for my daughters birthday on June 13th. Finally received my order and incorrect items on the 28th May, contacted them immediately in order to resolve but still left with the wrong item and no replacement and no refund. Absolute shambles of a company with 0 customer service. Probably going to use Covid as an excuse but strange how other companies can deliver items the next working day, they must be immune to Covid. SIMON BAMBER, I suggest you read these reviews and get your company into shape, there is no point standing there on your photo thinking you are Rocky Balboa when your employees can't even respond to an email. You will be hearing from Trading Standards.
