When I contacted Glassjacks to see if I could replace them with the correct size, there was no issue at all, I was just asked to return the wrong ones and they have replaced them with the correct size. A really great shopping experience, easy to order. I got an email confirming my order and identified a mistake, the team rectified it and a long drawn out argument with my wife about my failings in life was avoided. The glasses arrived quickly in strong boxing and they are really good quality, we wanted plastic for the hot tub but we didnt want them to look or feel cheap, i say we i mean the wife expressly told me any failings in quality would be my fault and i should chose very carefully or pay the price. hoping for a relatively quiet weekend i opened the boxing and was delighted with the glasses and the peace and quiet i could enjoy for the rest of that hour. thanks and i fully recommend these products.

This morning I had a 'wow' moment! Every now and then a business does something that impresses. I wanted boxes to pack glasses for our move. I googled and found Glassjacks. I emailed to ask if the order could be for next day delivery. I had a very friendly, helpful email exchange, placed the order, emailed to confirm and about 8:30 am this morning the delivery arrived. Great service and the product is good too!
