The guys were great. I purchased multiple sheets of table top glass to protest a suite of cabinets as well as a large custom shape mirror to sit in a recess. They turned up when they said they would, manufactured the mirror and installed perfectly a nice snug mirror. Great job.

This is very much a last resort and I don’t feel great about writing this. There is just a complete lack of response. The job was measured and quoted for, and the quote accepted. Relations were entirely friendly. Simple job. Just needs fitting. This was in September. Since then, no messages have been returned and the phone never answered. Bewildering. --------- In response to the response below: Thanks Kirsty for your quick reply but it seems you've not been in the loop on this. SM attended my property on 23-08-22 and measured up. I accepted the quote and there was subsequent correspondence regarding fitting but this has now, totally inexplicably, dried up. I hope he's ok but it's been a very odd experience!

I got my bronze antique mirrored splashback fitted today, and I more then happy with it , the service from the start to end was brilliant. Paige and Duncan in showroom really helpful , and then guys who fitted Steve , Jay and Josh did a Suberb job, very fast , efficient and went way above and beyond and also screwed in my sockets which had nothing to do with them as only got my mirrored splash back from them which they fitted behind the hob
