Service was very slow at the till, only one staff behind the bar taking food orders and drinks only orders, a few people who only wanted drinks gave up waiting and left, I waited nearly ten minutes to get my order in, starter and main course, if it was not a birthday meal we would have left as well. While half way through the sharing platter starter they brought out the main courses which were cold by the time we came to eat them. Good job we ordered desserts which had ice cream with them at least it started cold and it could not go wrong, so we were disappointed and we probably won't be back. The time was around 5-30 and it was not that busy being a Monday evening. Goodness knows how they cope when st helens rugby league team play at home as the stadium is just a short walk away, again very disappointed.
