Very unprofessional from the point of ordering to delivery. Especially the delivery side, had to wait over 3-4 weeks before delivery when they had said 10 days from the point of ordering. You have to unload the van yourself whether the mirrors are heavy or not, they are not insured to deliver to your door. Would be nice that they tell the customers so they can arrange few people. Very arrogant. Won’t be using these guys again.

I've been working with this company for a few months now and all I can say is how disappointed I am with their customer support. When I try to place an order it takes them 1 week to send me the quotation so I can pay it. Chasing for a delivery date is hell as they don't reply to the emails and if they finally give you a delivery date, on that date they send an email pushing your delivery with another day or sometimes more. You cannot rely on what they are telling when asking for info. Besides the late delivery, all the orders that I received had at least 2 or 3 glass panels with cutout errors or scratched. To send them back and receive a refund is a mess. I am still trying to recuperate some money from them and they are past the 14 days that they legally have for the refund. Also, they don't have enough staff for their customers and every time the person that you need to sort your problem is not in the office. Worst supplier ever!!!!!!
