Fantastic expert advice and wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend. We hired a rental van over the weekend and noticed a small chip as we were driving. Unable to remember whether it was there when we first picked up the van, we went to Glass Doctors to get it checked out or fixed if necessary. He provided excellent advice, took photos, and would be ready to provide us with an expert report should it come to it. I called Glass Doctors and spoke with David last week after having a windscreen repair turn into a much larger issue with Autoglass. David took time to offer me some great advice on how best to resolve my issue, really appreciated it as there was absolutely nothing in it for him. He clearly he knows his stuff and is passionate about carrying out work to a high standard. Wish I had spoken with him before allowing someone else to 'repair' my windscreen.
