I paid my insurance excess to glass direct in November. It’s nearly January and we have nothing to show for it. If I want updates I have to ask but no communication whatsoever. I was told if I paid straight away I’d get my window before Christmas. Didn’t email to say it wasn’t happening, just made promises, took my money and did not do the job.
