Highly recommended. Two separate projects (mid-terrace townhouse): conservatory, patio, external lighting and rear windows in 2011/12, then front windows, soffits, fascias etc and an entrance/front door in 2015. Really thorough, innovative planning & design and excellent execution, including all communications and regulatory compliance. Designers went over and above to accommodate specific desired features. They really listened to what I wanted to achieve, and the finished result actually surpassed that. The whole team are very experienced, skilled, friendly, trustworthy, approachable and professional. They understand that what is 'everyday' to them is not necessarily so for their client and were very patient with my required attention to detail. In turn, they always took time to ensure I understood and was happy with progress. Any minor niggles were sorted out effectively and without aggravation - I have never had any issue contacting them whenever required. Product quality is second to none. Local building inspector commented that windows were highest quality he had ever seen. Everything still looks great and works well. Good Design is defined as the perfect balance of Form and Function - I believe these guys deliver precisely that.
