Bought a fire from them in 2020 and they arranged installation, we complained has the fire had really low flames and wasn't even warm, they send installer back out who said there was nothing wrong with it, then a few weeks ago we had new meters fitted and they said we had a gas leak so capped it off, got a gas engineer out and he fixed the leak but had to correct some of the pipework that artisan did has it didn't meet regulations they had also left an old gas tap in that was restrcting gas supply to fire, hence to say we now have lovely warm fire at the cost of an extra £250

Bought a fire and surround which were installed in Sept 2021, the fire has developed a fault so I called Artisan, I was advised it was now out of warranty, they didn't repair electric fires and I should contact a local electrician, great customer service.

We purchased a gas fire a few years ago for over £2000 and they serviced it for three years until it run out of warranty. We have tried book a service recently and was told we are now out of there area. Because it is a hole in the wall gas fire no one else will touch it. They would be be happy to sell us a new fire 🤷♂️. Please make sure if you buy one they will carry on with services. Thanks for reply. You sold and installed the fire. We was not aware you subcontracted the installation out or the servicing. I have been promised a phone call back stating why your not prepare to carry on servicing the fire. Still waiting. The girls said we are out of your area. I bet if I bought another fire you would do it. Surly you have a obligation to carry out servicing and health responsibilities
