Called at around 10:30 to source a piece of glass cut to size for my 3D printer. By 12:30 I had my piece cut to size, wrapped up ready for me to collect. Richard was great on the phone discussing suitable types of glass and my requirements. Pleasant and quick service, glass fits perfectly, very happy 👍

Fantastic service from start to finish, Richard was very helpful when I made the initial enquiry and gave me all the information i needed without being pushy. The fitters were also lovely, they made sure I understood all the options (we wanted a clear circular cat flap installed in a new piece of double glazed glass for our back door) and showed me lots of photos. The end result far exceeded my expectations and is really neat. Steve, who fitted the finished piece of glass was prompt, friendly and did a great job, he even polished up both sides of the glass once installed to make sure it was perfect for us. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly use them again should we need any more glass work.

I rang for a quote for a double glazed door unit and as it was acceptable arranged for the glaziers to come to measure up. They were due to come first thing, and I was told that would be about 9 am. By 10 am they hadn’t arrived and I needed to go out, so I phoned and left a message asking what had happened and my number so that somebody could ring me back. As I hadn’t heard anything the following morning, I rang again. I spoke to the lady who told me the gentleman I needed to speak to was with a customer and would ring me immediately he was free. She took my number again. I didn’t hear from the gentleman and a week later haven’t heard anything. Very disappointed about this unreliable experience as I had been in the shop a couple of times and always had good service. I have now gone elsewhere.

Not brilliant at all! I got a quote for a(I DID mention in the phone conversation that the measurements are approximate!) coffee table top replacement. When I then commissioned them to do the work, I handed in the old broken glass, assuming that they will use the old glass to take the EXACT measurements to cut the new one... After I collected the table top, it did not fit the coffee table. They refused to change it around and had to pay for a second top! Will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone! This is not professional service!
