*****UPDATE******* I have been contacted by the company(Leon)and they finally came over to fix the issue. They explained to me that at the time we had the shower glass fixed, they had a different management. Leon has done a good job and addressed the previous issues. ********************* This review is to provide an insight of my experience of glass 360 as a customer, hopefully your experience will be better than mine! As we needed a bespoke shower glass door we contacted glass360 to have a quote. They were very reactive and following a first visit ( he sounded very professional, thorough and experienced) we opted for their service. In a couple of weeks they came to install the glass door...we were very happy about their service and you will be thinking "It is a dream service so far...why a bad review?" Following the installation we were told that we could use the shower only after 24 hours, as the work was completed and because of a reassurance they would have came back to address any issues, we paid the final installment...but it was an error. As we tested the shower, we became aware there was a leak and we sent an email straightaway asking for them to come and address the issue. After about 10 calls and several messages, the installer came to check the issue...with no tools. He stayed 20 minutes and then he told us that he would need to come back again because during the installation the door had not been installed correctly...£1300...and they made it wrong. They never came back to fix it. After 2 months, calls not returned and messages not answered, we understood. We trusted a service that in the end was very BAD. I know, it is just one review...but it does not mean it could not happen to you. Services: Glass installation, Shower door replacement

I approached Glass360 to replace the wooden balustrade around a roof terrace with a steel and glass structure. It's always pot luck when one starts casting around for specialist services but I was fortunate to find Glass360 early in my search. From the moment I contacted Rob, the proprietor, the process from site survey, quotation and installation went without a hitch - telephone and email queries responded to straight away. I received a detailed quotation the day after the site survey - always a good omen in my experience. The balustrade had to be built on a steel subframe to meet building regulations, the resultant structure being extremely rigid and stable. The two young men who did the installation were truly master craftsmen who worked hard, and who were polite, tidy and organised. The finished balustrade with its dark grey decking is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait for warm days in 2022. I've gone over the whole structure with a fine toothcomb and can't find anything that could have been done better - and I'm very critical. The attention to detail is exceptional and the resulting aesthetic appeal has exceeded my expectations. Glass360 have completed an impressive array of projects and I recommend them 100%.

Really happy with this company; they manufactured a bespoke folding glass shower screen with brass fittings to my specification which many other companies couldn't provide, and at a fair price. They checked stock of the hinges etc for me on the phone before I made payment, and got it delivered to me even quicker than the advised turn-around to work to my schedule. Would use again!
