I highly recommend this club. As well as being incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, Mark and all of the other trainers are so welcoming and nurturing of beginners. Great family atmosphere. Can’t describe how joining the club has helped me and my mental health. I hope everyone can come along and experience it. Great for fitness and great for martial arts techniques. Functional and well thought out drills with wisdom from the trainers throughout. I was nervous to go to my first session but everyone was welcoming and helpful. Cheers guys
