We didn't know about this place, and fell in love after 5 min, just because of Kida. When we get to know that she is newbie we couldn't believe. She is very professional, and let's be honest we not the easiest customers. She explained all the features with prams, and being very patience. Shop itself got a lot of choices, and staff is amazing. If 0 was an option thats what they would be getting. I ordered a high chair that has since become faulty and have had to ring 3 times and email twice to try and solve. I finally managed to speak to someone who was actually willing to help today, only to be lied to about what they would be willing to do. I then spoke to manager claire who hung up on me twice and was extremely rude to me on the phone but then blamed me. she was very unwilling to help and if iI had walked in the store to purchase the item I would have walked straight out if I was spoken to with that attitude.

I would 100% recommend the pram centre to anyone looking for prams and car seats. I purchased my pram in store, the staff were all knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. Myself & my partner were given demonstrations of how to fold different prams and advise on the best car seats. When my pram order came into store a couple months later I contacted them and it was dispatched within an hour, which I received notification of, and any questions I had were instantly resolved via a quick phone call to Lyn. Thank you so much for making my pram shopping experience so fun Pram Centre 🤩

I am giving 3 stars because they stock a great variety of all baby essentials, including prams, beds, car seats, toys and much more from very many brands. Unfortunately the staff are like ghosts. No one was around to offer help and when we did find a staff member, she didn't seem too keen on helping us and showing us around or to recommend any brands. She hinted that we can look on our own and then went back to talk with her friend/other staff member. It really is a shame, because as new parents we require guidance and expert advice. It is a great store physically, but something needs to be done with the staff. Maybe more training or selecting more capable employees, who actually care about customer service?

Flawless. Was worried about the poor reviews but we had a great experience. Eilidh knew the pram we were looking at inside out. Explained everything about it. The maker's website was misleading as to whether it would fit our car. Eilidh gave them a call when they were open and let us know in a timely manner. Arranged to pick up the pram closer to the baby's due date to make the most of the guarantee. Pram was ready and waiting on the date we agreed; Nadia was extremely friendly on the front desk. The Centre offered to install the car seat for no charge and explained everything about it. Again, the staff member was very knowledgeable. Would happily shop here again :)
