At first I felt as a bit cold approach as I wasn't pre-registered and not a trades man..it was my 1st visit to the site and as a priv. Person + not had the scrap with me in the car, the owner explained to me the rules and offered okay for me to come back with the scrap metal which I did (I didn't have huge amount of yellow scrap.. +low ££ metal) - he offered great customer service and knowledge I left what I had being helped by 2 ppl. All taken to be weighed and got invoice as have more to bring over in few days so opened account to be then paid on via bank transfer// highly recommend as easy to get to. All 3 ppl I spoke to were knowledgeable and helpful with good manners and prompt service. Don't go on Saturday if you're not pre-registered.
