We had a perfect stay at Rankins Farm. Wonderful hosts, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The pods and outdoor area are so well equipped, clean and well maintained. The children absolutely loved the freedom to run around and play on the outdoor equipment. We would highly recommend and can't wait to stay again! Thank you so much - lots of lovely memories made.

My family and I stayed at Rankins Farm over the Easter weekend. I can only say one thing, there is nothing to cling to. Perfect pod, you will find everything you need in there, just bring your own clothes and food. Cleanliness is ideal not only in the pod but also in the environment. The pods are very conveniently located, about 10-15 minutes and you will be in the center of Maidstone. The hosts are very nice people. Our daughters said: we will have to come back.

Tony and Sarah are very friendly and welcoming , on site for support too. Marvellous- comfortable, cosy, stay. Plenty room outside for children to play freely. Pods beautifully laid out and decorated and well furnished with necessities. Children already asking to return. My second visit and will definitely do it again!! Only problem was poor wifi connectivity.

We highly recommend Rankins farm for a friends & family stay. The pods are equipped with everything you need for a fun, child friendly stay. Lots to do locally or you can stay on the site and enjoy the views and ‘The Beast’. The Beast is their pizza oven which can be used for other meals too. Tony & Sarah were always on hand if you need anything & very welcoming. It was so family friendly, even the big kids enjoyed it 😃 We will be back so thank you for a great weekend.
