I came in wanting my roots matching my blonde hair before I went away on holiday it came to the day and had the complete opposite done.. my roots where dyed a brown/ginger, I said it was not what I asked for and I was unhappy with it so came back a second time for a correction to then go home and find my top had bleach all around the collar ruining the top and had also run down which has caused patches.. I called up and got told to talk and send a picture of the damage and receipt of purchase as I had to go replace it, on Facebook. Sent the picture etc and they said they where happy to give me the money. After sending a number on messages even while on holiday no money has been received and my latest message has been red and ignored. I am really disappointed for such a “professional” salon.
