    Let me start by saying what a shame its not 100 stars because that is what I would give JT Ellis Ltd What an absolutely fabulous company.I visited the showroom just to make sure I knew what I was getting, (i prefer to see not just order from a catalogue) I ordered a kitchen and a bathroom From ordering to delivery I was kept informed all along the way.A delivery date was set and it arrived a week early. From that point on we fitted the kitchen ourselves,even when we weren't sure about fitting something we picked up the phone and the very helpful staff talked us through whatever we needed. Everything fit a dream,all to plan. I have to say one of the best kitchens and bathrooms I have seen on the market at this present moment in time. My kitchen and bathroom looks absolutely stunning I would definitely recommend JT Ellis to anyone wanting a new bathroom or kitchen.

    We recently renovated a cottage and approached Ellis to do the design. We had our own installation team, as we’re aware they do not do installs. I can only say how wonderful they were, during the design process and accommodating us when we kept changing our mind, and very attentive from start to finish. The kitchen looks stunning! Very happy.

    AVOID... Terrible Non Existing Customer Service From Ellis Kitchens & Avant Homes....Kitchen fitting isnt great with loads of sharp edges that tear clothes open at every handle and corner...No One has contacted us at all to resolve any issues,we have raised the complaint but no one will take responsibility for the damage caused onsite while snag fitting. Ellis kitchens arrived on a snag to install a stainless splashback at cooker in our brand new kitchen & wrecked the other splashbacks at each side,Hes completely gouged and scored them badly. He then told us it would be repaired with a scratch repair rather than replacing the damaged areas. Yet nothing has came of the repairs to our house, NO Communication -NO Reply-Damaged Brand New Kitchen = Avant Homes / Ellis Kitchens... Would someone care to contact me regarding the damage which is still in contract to be fixed.

    Before two years the surface of our beautiful kitchen doors have started to peel away. Ellis Kitchens have claimed the damage has been caused by the user, but we have followed the care instructions. The doors are simply not made to domestic standard and the after care is not worth its name. Very unhappy.

    We recently purchased an Avant home & the kitchen was supplied & fitted by JT Ellis Kitchens, we had our demonstration on the 18/11/2021 & moved in on 01/12/221 we noticed on the same day as the demonstration a chipped door on the kitchen sink & reported it straight away ( amongst other items ) & it's now 05/07/2022 & we are still waiting for this door to be replaced, even after sending numerous emails to the Avant service team & for them to forward these issues to JT Ellis nothing progresses. After working on building sites myself over 30+ years this is the poorest fitted kitchen I have ever seen. JT Ellis are the worst kitchen fitters ever & there after sales service is non existent. Don't use this company

    Ridiculous customer service. Been staying in an Avant home since April last year and no one has come to fix the snag issues. They don’t even reply to emails. Stay well away from Ellis kitchens. I can see quite a few other people here who also purchased Avant Homes and are experiencing similar problems. (28/02/22) Improved my review with supporting images and video.

    I purchased bedroom and lounge furniture for my parents who, at short notice, were entering assisted living accommodation. I need to thank the national account manager, Jason Bloom, who personally ensured that samples of finish were quickly provided and that my subsequent order was delivered in time for Mum and Dad’s move. The furniture, whilst not cheap, is great value for money. It was delivered in packaging that prevented any damage in transit and, once unpacked, it looks great and is of excellent quality. Most important of all, Mum and Dad are delighted. I do not hesitate to recommend J.T. Ellis.
