I had my root colouring done and I was quite disappointed. I’m quite a frequent customer however this time there was no difference to the before and after of my roots after the colouring. I asked for a refund (albeit I don’t live in Manchester so I had to wait until I’m back so two weeks later) and they refused even though I had proof of time and dates and before and after pictures were taken within 24 hours. They still refused to even give a partial refund. I’m disappointed, they’ve lost a frequent customer, as I’ve never going back there.

They ruined my hair, I asked for chocolate hair colour they made it dark dark dark brown, and bleach my hair well I am pregnant! They never said sorry as well! Very upsetting! All my hair burns in the bottom ;( I called made an appointment for fatma to do my hair! She was too busy as always!

I'm not happy with hair cut. It is awful. Glamour Beautician looks professional salon, but absolutely not. I recommend them to go to the Manchester college, at least for level 2 hair and beauty. unrecommended. It's just waste your money.
