I’m a first time buyer and Rabia at Glaisyers handled my matter start to finish without any concerns. I was nervous of course I've never done this before but Rabia was reassuring every step of the way and explained all matters to me as well as going out of her way to arrange a office appointment for me during covid. My stress levels were always low knowing my matter was taken care of. I have already recommended to family and friends and will return to Glaisyers.

Glaisyers have delayed my chain for months, apparently they neither pick up the phone when called not do anything else, apart from take the client's money and sit around with their fingers up their noses. My advice is: do not engage with Glaisyers as a client, and do not engage with any property chain where they are involved. They are the worst conveyancers ever, and their incompetence is felt throughout any chain they are part of.
