Tucked away up on the hill above Kirkgunzeon, but worth seeking out. The display their many trees by suspending them from the huge shed rafters to the ground so you can walk round them to assess shape etc., simple, but so useful and effective. Hugely helpful and friendly young staff. Prices not cheap, but quality high. Delivery possible for extra. Our second year, we'll be back.

Ordered online instead of picking our own and the tree we received was very misshapen Someone had tried to shape it by hand, almost every branch had been cut and it looks awful. Bushy on one side and straight or even concave on the other

This review is for online orders only – Up until now we never had a problem with this business when buying Christmas trees. In the past we were happy with the service they provided, whether going to the farm or buying online, but since partnering with "Green Christmas trees" (you are directed on their site if ordering online to use them as of 2022), our experience has not been a good one. I know it's probably unfair to a certain extent to blame this company but it's their partner and they are telling you to use them with bears a certain level responsibility on them. We ordered our Christmas tree based on their past service and assumed this partner would be used for delivery purposes. We ordered a 7-8ft tree and received what appears to be either a 5-6ft or 6-7ft but no way close to a 7-8ft. As soon as we received it, we knew. I picked it up and it was way too lite. Once we opened it and placed it on the stand it was obvious the size was off. We contacted them and were told to contact “Green Christmas trees” with any online orders. The following applies to their Partner – Green Christmas trees We contacted them multiple times along with photos and information to highlight the differences. They were very slow and almost seemed to be delaying responses. I’ve also tried calling a few times and the phone seems to be always on messages and has since been removed from their site. If ordering online, I would not recommend using this company with their current partner for delivery. If going to the farm, you may have better luck because you can look at what you are buying. Unfortunately, until they stop using “Green Christmas Trees” for delivery I won’t be using them.

I've ordered from Scottish Christmas Trees for some years and have always been very happy. I should have done a review then which would have been 5 stars. They were always delivered on the specified date, and the trees were always lovely and reasonably fresh. This year I ordered my tree in September, to be delivered on 17th - 18th December, and received an email on 16th December saying the tree had been shipped with the aim to deliver on 17/18, but that it might take a little longer. By the evening of the 20th I was getting worried and contacted the farm. By the evening of the 21st they came back to me to say my tree had been lost (why that took a whole day to find out, who knows?), and it was too late to send out a new one. So here we are, three days to Xmas and so far everyone I've phoned locally has of course already sold out. So, unless you are local to them and pick up your tree, think carefully. In the end they are only as good as their couriers are.

Very disappointed order a Fraser Fir it arrived with alot of branches cut at the ends and one side with a bald area. Emailed Glaisters and was told this was common and decoration would cover it up. No amount of decorating covers a bald area on a tree. Would not recommend
