My son had a bit of an issue with his pc and wasn't something I have a clue about. After a few emails they asked me to bring it in and it turned out to be a windows issue from my son modding games. Jonathan who dealt with process was such a great lad. He had it sorted in no time and I have to say he's a credit to the company. Thanks so much and it was a pleasure to meet him.

Just a quick one, my new pc from gladiator was delivered yesterday, I left work at 5pm and immediately begun setting it up. It only took 10 mins to update and had my first games downloaded!! I want to say I'm proud of my new setup and its blowing my mind every second I use it. Thank you gladiator. But thanks to Neil and Adam for the recent updated along the way!. I would definitely recommend 100%

Rated 3 out of 5 stars Updated 20 Mar 2022 Great untill you have a problem ! bought this pc in 2021 totaling over 1758.02 i asked if i could put my own ssd they said yes i asked them to add cables so i could add my own ssd to wtch they said fine all working great unti i got random bluescreen on boot "this is related to windows update" ssd is fine to i know this because i had it on a older pc i hey agreed that it had to go back so i said ok fine pc is now back with me turns put this either bad ram bad cpu or which was told to remove my ssd because they said it was that Now cpu is faulty (rounding eorror) then the ram was faulty Cpu changed ram changedinfact update bios and test again I cant count how many test this pc has been stress tested by them so given that they blamed a faulty ssd the same ssd is working fine so to change out ram and cpu turns out they claimed that it was an manually update chipset driver they will not keep you updated untill you ring them every week which is not a problem but can be stressfull my tip is buy one only if you cant build yourself if you are expecting any fault or problem to be resolved in a 2 week period then this is not for you ! Now sending pc back again random restarts sent back 17th November 2022 Now claiming that I broke the pci slot which and as of the 28th November 2022 and ram slot when I upgraded the ram why continue to test a machine you. Claim I broke??? claim i broke yet the where were stuck to the instapack on the reverse and the pc was upside down in the box Please do your homework

You might think that this is one bad review lost in all great reviews you can read, well … it might but if what happened to me, happens to you, then you will regret having chosen Gladiator for your PC. To sum up, my almost 3k£ PC failed after a few months, and it took five weeks for Gladiator to come up to no solution. Gladiator finally changed the Processor to a less powerful but newer one (12 cores instead of 16 initially and the under-performance is backed up by benchmark evidence done on my PC, so no argument there). Now, the Graphic Card has also failed, and Gladiator is not responding despite the PC still being under warranty. My advice, walk away …

Terrible customer service post sales (Aria PC- seems to have changed its name). Sold me a broken motherboard, they then told me it was fine when I paid for my machine to be diagnosed, paid again for a replacement sourced elsewhere. Machine works fine now.

The worst aftercare service i have ever experienced. My sons PC has been returned for a new part (following a protracted attempt to contact the help desk) and after almost two months we still have heard nothing. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
