    If i could give no stars then I would! Hair after 3 weeks is dry & matted & in terrible condition! Customer service is shocking, they don’t respond to my complaints or haven’t even offered me a refund! Have had hair extensions for years & this is the first time I have used this company. Have never ever had such poor quality hair! I strongly recommend that you stay well away from this company!!!!!

I was trained by GL hair to do hair extensions I have purchased the hair for my clients and myself following the after care advised and they have started matting after 6 weeks where they shout have last 3-4 months I will need to take out now because the is awful I don’t recommend this hair the quality is terrible, I have gone through the complaints procedure a few times and had no result very unhelpful now I’m left out of pocket and really bad hair extensions where I will not need to spend more money to purchase else where,
