    Too many lockdown projects over the last few weeks left me struggling with what I thought was a problem with my hip. I saw Gemma for my first appointment a couple of weeks ago who quickly diagnosed (to my relief) a disc bulge at the bottom of my spine that had flared up from a past injury. Gemma is very skilled and super professional and three physio sessions in, my pain is starting to ease. I couldn't recommend her treatment and advice highly enough. Thank you Gemma!
