I recently hired GJS Plumbing Services to install a bath and a sink in my home. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Instead of leaving me with a properly installed bath and sink, they managed to create two additional leaks and even damaged the sealing. It was an absolute nightmare. To make matters worse, when GJS provided me with a quote to replace parts on my underfloor heating system, they tried to charge a staggering £1800. However, I decided to seek a second opinion from another plumber, and I am incredibly grateful that I did. The second plumber replaced the necessary part for a mere £120, a fraction of the price GJS quoted me. Not only did GJS fail to complete the job to a satisfactory standard, but they also tried to overcharge me for unnecessary repairs. I am extremely disappointed with their level of service and professionalism. The fact that I had to hire another plumber to fix their mistakes speaks volumes about their incompetence. I would strongly advise against using GJS Plumbing Services. Their lack of expertise, careless workmanship, and inflated pricing are completely unacceptable. I have personally experienced the frustration and inconvenience caused by their subpar service, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. In conclusion, I cannot recommend GJS Plumbing Services based on my experience. I urge others to seek reputable and trustworthy professionals who will deliver quality workmanship and honest pricing. GJS Plumbing Services has left me with nothing but leaks, damaged sealing, and a considerable amount of dissatisfaction.

Gary gave us a very fair quote and I’m really pleased we chose GJS.The team that came were excellent tradesmen, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a heating upgrade and I expected a lot of disruption but the team were very caring about our home and kept the disruption to a minimum and I’m so grateful. So thank you to Michael, Paul and Stu and also Gary Nicola and Tricia.GJS will always be my first choice now and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
