Excellent service. We had a level 3 residential survey performed on a thatched grade 2 listed property. The survey was completed and report provided very promptly. The report was comprehensive, very thorough and easy to understand. Fortunately there were no major issues identified, for the property. However, the detailed list of items to check, or in need of repair or renovation will be very helpful and useful to provide to a builder and get the property ship shape.
