Really impressive service - (very reasonable) repair price agreed in advance, postage label emailed (NB their charges are cheaper than you arranging your own postage), great communications when fault proved more complex to fix... but no additional charge for this. Bidded on an iPhone from these guys via eBay. When it arrived it had a faulty flickering screen. I asked them if I could send it back and have it repaired, to which I was told they could not offer this service... offered me a £15 partial refund. What I actually think has happened, is that it ended cheap on eBay and they'd rather take it back and sell it on again, hoping to get a higher winning bid, than admit they repaired it sub standard before. Just a bit slimy really. And disappointing. As they were easy to deal with otherwise
