I have had my GivEnergy System since August 2022, I can honestly say that my solar generation system has exceeded my expectations. Had I done my research and chosen a larger inverter & battery, instead of accepting my installers recommendation it would have been even better still. GivEnergy customer support has in my opinion has been very good. In the last 9 months I have contacted support via chat or e-mail for assistance and on every occasion they have delivered without fail.

Great bits of kit. If you get a good installer you won't have many problems with this system. Uk support team are really helpful even on issues you might just not understand. Only downside is they haven't released their EV charger yet maybe they need more people to test it?

Had my system installed about 18 months ago and whilst I have had issues they have been responded to in what I would consider a reasonable time. Everyone’s view of reasonable time is different, especially if it’s sunny ! Support team are also quick to respond to most requests but sometimes you have to wait to be escalated past first line. Good kit, good support and some excellent knowledge in the Facebook groups - ignore the miserable people.

Since installing giv batteries and solar my electric bill is down by over 80%. It's a large initial outlay, but payback should be about 5 years. So a return of Scott 20%. What's not to like?
