The driving instructior I had Karan is the owner of the whole company she would take weeks to reply to messages for lessons, she has not turned up on multiple occasions without warning aswell, after weeks waiting for a lesson I waited and received nothing going well past the point of the lesson so I text asking if she was late or had rearranged without letting me know and I then received a call stating that she had been and gone as our lesson was at 9:30, she said that she waited outside for 10 minutes before going but our lesson was booked for 8:30 so once mentioned to her she phoned shouting at me saying I am calling her a liar and is now stating she will pay me for two out of the five lessons she owes me and is blocking my number if I don't give her the bank details to do so. This is criminal and I am taking this to my local authorities!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Extremely disappointed with this service. I had a driving instructor called Joanne who was appalling and unprofessional. She would talk about her personal life and ask about mine, she would also talk to her doctor on the phone and put her earphones in to listen to music. When i messaged her to ask for a refund for my remaining lessons, she was rude and mentioned she didn't have the money therefore couldn't pay me back straight away. Over a week had passed before i got a refund but she didn't give me a full refund and instead made excuses that i wasn't entitled to a full refund. she then blocked my number so i couldn't get in touch with her. I contacted the company to make a complaint and they said they would get back to me but never did. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
