Travelled to London, live in Norfolk, one of the reasons was to visit the Girlguiding shop for first time . Just after Xmas . Website checked and said open . After getting tube from King’s Cross and then a walk to shop , found it to be closed !! Just a sign on the door saying closed all over Xmas period . Fine, but that sign only useful for the few that live near Buckingham palace ! Update your website! Would have took less time than writing your door sign . Only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give 0. Very disappointing.

Lovely shop, but let down by the staff. I went with my 6 year olds and we were the only people in the shop, no hello, no interest in my children, nothing. Didn’t even speak when I paid for some badges, utterly miserable!

Long running HQ of the Girl Guides and Brownies. Also a shop predominantly for Brown Owl's to stock up on uniforms and activities. But also sells to members of the public. Excellent place to find little bits and pieces for your party bags. And always the first place I would come to stock up on children's paints etc. Absolutely lovely staff who are friendly and informative. In close proximity to The Royal Mews, The Queen's Gallery, Buckingham Palace, St James's Park, Cathedral Walk, Victoria Street, Westminster Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Grosvenor Gardens. Nearest stations are Victoria Coach Station, Victoria Mainline and Underground Stations and St James's Park Station.
